KM Living & Co. was created with one simple belief: home should feel like peace. Our design philosophy blends quiet luxury with organic texture, merging coastal calm, architectural detail, and lived-in warmth to craft spaces that are both elevated and approachable.
Founded by Kina Mungai, KM Living & Co. is a growing design, pre-sale staging, and property management studio rooted in intentional living. With a background in interior design and a refined eye for layered simplicity, Kina specializes in transforming occupied homes into listings that move, managing properties with care and consistency, and creating interiors that feel personal, polished, and ready for every season of life.
She is currently pursuing a master’s in Interior Architecture. Her vision is to build KM Living & Co. into a full-service lifestyle brand—designed to serve, steward, and elevate every step of the living experience.
